Excellent cenote among mangroves with blue crabs and friendly 🐊!!! But way overpriced as usual here, we payed 500 pesos per person for a useless snorkeling guide. My advice: just park a bit away from the spot and go fast inside while nobody of the staff notice you;) there are plenty of people going in and out all the time and lots of beginner/discovery divers. It's really easy and fun to go around in the little under-mangrove passages (don't believe the sigh "don't pass"), it's save and fun for those who know free diving!:) And don't forget your 🤿

We ate the absolute best meal here with the most incredible view. The service was fantastic. You do need to come early as they close before seven. But if you do, you will not be disappointed. The margaritas are as good as everybody says they are. We tried the grilled fish and it was fantastic. Also, we went to the cenote and swam earlier in the day. 150 pesos to swim in the front of the lagoon. We brought our own snorkel gear but you can rent it there as well. It was fabulous. Just what we needed on a hot day. The water was crystal clear.

Incredible place! Off the beaten path with a gorgeous view! Rooms are clean and well taken care of. Waking up is so peaceful and the prices are very reasonable for what you get. The restaurant also has the freshest food I’ve had. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

I ate here with my friends multiple times and always had a great experience! The staff is kind and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious every time. It does get very busy around lunch and they usually only have a few staff members working so I would expect a longer wait during those hours. But it’s worth it and the views are unbeatable!

What a great hotel! Our beachfront room is absolutely lovely. Not a chain of international hotels but a single stand-alone. The owner and staff are friendly and helpful. Watching the sun rise over the ocean each morning is gorgeous. Great breakfast, great pool, right next to the Cenote manati which feeds into the sea beneath the hotel. Close enough to Tulum for visiting and supplies but far enough to be private. Evening cocktails looking over the sea...brilliant.

I fell in love with this place. It's magic by the sea! Best view ever from my room. The manager Aaron is beyond outstanding both in his level of customer service and attention to details. The restaurant is beyond delicious. The place was small enough that you feel like you're part of a family. I strongly recommend staying here for a peaceful, quiet, Tulum-like experience.

What a beautiful Cenote! It was breathtaking to drive up to. The water felt cool (mix of freshwater and saltwater). It was so clear that you could see all the way down. Lots of fish swimming around and some were rather large. You can swim or snorkel as well as scuba dive. I did a scuba dive here and the caverns were so beautiful. Highly recommend coming here. Very close to the center of Tulum
